REFUND POLICY

DUE TO SANITARY/HEALTH REASONS, JEWELRY AND HAIR ACCESSORIES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

IF A PRODUCT IS DAMAGED AND IN UNUSABLE CONDITION, YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR MERCHANDISE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND. ITEMS WILL BE REFUNDED AND NOT EXCHANGED. DAMAGE DONE AFTER RECEIVING AN ITEM WILL NOT QUALIFY YOU FOR A REFUND.

SALE ITEMS WHICH INCLUDES ITEMS SOLD WITH A PROMOTIONAL CODE ARE FINAL SALE.

SHIPPING POLICY

ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED UPON RECEIPT. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING. PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES DO NOT ACCOUNT FOR HOLIDAYS OR NON - BUSINESS DAYS. SHIPPING COSTS MAY INCREASE DEPENDING ON WEIGHT, VOLUME, POSTAL CODE, AND SHIPPING METHOD. TRACKED SHIPPING IS HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ASSURANCE. ONCE PACKAGE HAS BEEN SHIPPED PLEASE ALLOW 4-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DESTINATIONS WITHIN THE US/CANADA. SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE US/CANADA MAY TAKE 1-6 WEEKS TO BE DELIVERED. PACKAGES WILL BE SHIPPED IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RECEIVED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES DELIVERED INCORRECTLY OR LOST DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER.


IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED BY YOU THE CUSTOMER, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REDELIVERED COST.  
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED BY CANADA POST AFTER THEY LEAVE OUR WAREHOUSE
